Question 1

入社のきっかけ

I wanted to find a place to grow my skills. To have access to a multitude of different clients and projects. I wanted to use my skills to analyze and solve great but also minor issues the world faces.

スキルを磨く場所を見つけ、さまざまなクライアントやプロジェクトと関われる場所が欲しかったからです。自分のスキルを活用して、世界が直面する大きな課題だけでなく、小さな課題も分析し解決したいと考えていました。

現在の仕事内容について

I analyze the issue at stake and find creative and realistic ways to tackle our clients’ goals. From the PoC to the full release of the project, I advise our clients on the best approaches and make them a reality be it by building a ML model, an image analysis algorithm, creating APIs or setting up a cloud infrastructure.

問題を分析し、クライアントの目標に取り組むための創造的で現実的な方法を見つけます。プロジェクトの最初の概念実証（PoC）から完全なリリースまで、クライアントに最適なアプローチをアドバイスし、それを実現するために、機械学習モデルの構築、画像解析アルゴリズムの作成、APIの構築、またはクラウドインフラの設定などを行います。

仕事上で大切にしていること

Our domain: artificial intelligence, is in constant evolution and paradigm shifts happen every other day. Therefore I think that curiosity and the will to never stop learning is essential.

私たちの領域である人工知能(AI)は、絶えず進化し、パラダイムシフトが日々起こります。そのため、好奇心と学び続ける意欲が不可欠だと思います。

Arithmerで挑戦したいこと

Generative AI has been making quite a lot of noise these past few years. This is something I would like to explore further within Arithmer.

生成AIはこの数年間でかなり注目を浴びています。これは、私がArithmerでさらに探求したいと考えている分野です。
